"Courier never showed up"
I ordered a few things from mohito.com because I had a family lunch coming up and didn’t feel like going to the mall after work. The clothes part was fine, but the delivery was a mess. The tracking said it was out for delivery for two whole days, so I kept hanging around at home, even skipping a quick grocery run just in case. Then out of nowhere it changed to “failed delivery,” even though I was literally home all day. No phone call, no note, no doorbell, nothing. Customer service basically just told me to wait, which wasn’t very helpful. Super frustrating and not worth the stress. If this is the courier they use, I probably won’t order again.

"Search is easy and usually gets me where I need to go"
I’ve used MOHITO a few times now, usually when I’m just browsing with something specific in mind, like a black dress or a jacket. The search has been easy to use, and most of the time it actually shows me the kind of items I was looking for, which makes the whole thing feel less frustrating.
The filters help a lot too, especially when I’m narrowing things down by size or color. Every now and then they seem to reset or I end up clicking around more than I expected, but it’s not a huge deal. Overall, it still saves me time, and I usually manage to find what I need without too much hassle

"Sizing ruined my plans"
I ordered my usual size thinking I’d be set for the weekend, but the fit was completely different from the last time. Same size, totally different feel. It’s so frustrating because now my outfit plans are ruined and I don’t even know what size to order from here anymore

"Pretty clothes, but they don’t always deliver on what they promise"
I’ve found some really nice pieces on Mohito, especially dresses and work outfits, and I do like how clean and easy the website looks. But it can be hit or miss. Some items look much better online than they do in person, which feels like a bit of a broken promise when the photos make them seem so polished. The sizing info and styling pictures aren’t always that helpful either, so you end up guessing more than you should. It’s not a bad shop, but I wish they were more consistent with what they show versus what actually arrives.

"stuff i wanted was always gone"
i like some of the stuff they have, but the sizes i need are always sold out so fast. it gets annoying when you’re trying to shop and everything you want is already gone.

"Not like the photos at all"
I ordered a dress from mohito.com cause it looked so in the pictures, but when it came it was really not the same. The color was more dull, the fabric felt kinda cheap, and the fit was nothing like on the model. I guess the lighting or editing in the photos is too much. Felt a bit tricked tbh. I returned it and don’t think I’ll order again.

"Refund is taking forever"
I returned my order and I’m still waiting to get my money back. The weird part is, every time I contact support, they basically give me the same answer like nothing is actually moving forward. It’s been way too long at this point and it’s really frustrating. If refunds are going to take this much effort, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Tracking was kinda confusing"
It did show up eventually, so that part was fine, but the tracking was weird. For most of the time it barely changed, then suddenly it was basically at the end. Not sure if that was on the carrier or what, but it was a little annoying.

I reached out to customer service and never heard anything back. I waited a few days thinking maybe they were just busy, but still nothing. It’s frustrating, and I’m wondering if other people have had the same experience.

Am I the only one who gets nervous when the order confirmation looks off? Mine came through with the sizes mixed up, and even though support fixed it later, it definitely made me second-guess whether my order was actually right.

"Color looked nothing like the pictures"
I ordered a green dress from mohito because the photos made it look like this soft sage color, but when it arrived, I was confused ?? It was much darker in person and kind of dull, not really what I thought I was getting.
The fit was fine, so that part wasn’t the issue, but I mainly bought it for the color. Returning it feels like more trouble than it’s worth, so I’ll probably just keep it, but yeah, not super happy with it

"Why Are the Payment Options So Weird?"
I was trying to order from mohito.com, had everything in my cart, and then the payment page just totally killed the mood. The option I normally use wasn’t there, and the whole checkout felt way more annoying than it needed to be. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it kind of felt like they were pushing certain payment methods on purpose. Either way, I wasn’t about to jump through hoops just to buy a few things, so I left the cart. Frustrating.

The selection on the site is disappointing. I’ve checked back a few times hoping to find some different styles, but it’s mostly the same basic stuff every time, and the size options aren’t great either. Compared to other shops, it really feels like there’s barely anything to choose from. Bit of a letdown, to be honest.
